Documents Required for NTS Test

• Three NTS Application Form copies are required. 1st is for NTS  while the 2nd copy is for the Bank and the 3rd copy is for the Candidate (Who is applying for NTS Job Test).
• At the time of filling out the application form, you will be given a deposit ID along with them a unique username. Then you must type your test city, desired subject, name, father name, CNIC number, passport number, Date of Birth, E-mail Address, postal address, contact number, and academic record of your SSC, HSSC, Bachelor, Masters, and M.Phill qualification.
• Deposit registration fee of Rs. 650/-  in any online branches of UBL, MCB, HBL, and ABL.
• 2 Passport Size Pictures and write your name at the back of your photograph.
• Attach all the testimonial copies such as CNIC / B Form, Domicile, and Degree’s Copies.
• Government employers must attach a NOC copy.
• Post the registration form with the bank deposit slip to the NTS address.

1. In the exam paper, you will be given a few blank pages for you to fill in. You might make use of them for your preliminary work.
